Our Flor del Montgó Cava Brut is from Sant Sadurní d´Anoia a town located in the heart of the region that makes up D.O Cava. The history of the region and the production of Spain’s version of sparkling wine dates back to 1872. The first cavas coming from Sant Sadurní d´Anoia had immediate success amongst the most elite and since is has worked hard to produce world respected sparkling wines. The landscape of Sant Sadurní d´Anoia is made up of a maze of vineyards. Every where you look there are vines it is no wonder that ninety percent of all the cavas come from this specific region within the D.O.
