Monastrell Organic

The Flor del Montgó Monastrell Organic is made from a careful selection of organic grown grapes. In the Yecla region there are less than 644 hectares of organic certificated vineyards to choose from. These organic vineyards are situated in a mountainous terrain anywhere from 450 to 800 meters above sea level. Rainfall throughout the region is less than 200mm per year, naturally limiting yields to less than 2kg per vine. Well-drained, limestone-rich vineyards in both areas produce multilayered wines with intense color and compelling aromatics.
